Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chervil||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Chives||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Tarragon||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||185 Milliliter (3/4 cup)|
In a jar mix mustard with a little vinegar until smooth, gradually stir in remainder of vinegar with the salt and swirl.
Add chervil, chives, tarragon, parsley and oil, cover and shake vigorously to mix well until creamy.
This dressing can be made in a blender.
