Garden Greens With Raspberry Vinaigrette's picture
For raspberry vinaigrette
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raspberry vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
For salad
  Mixed salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Goat cheese 3 Ounce, sliced or crumbled

In a jar, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, and sugar.
Cover and shake well.
In a salad bowl, toss together the salad greens, raspberries, and goat cheese.
Shake dressing and pour over the salad.
Toss and serve immediately.
