Greens Tossed With Sherry Fig Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Chopped prosciutto 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Torn romaine lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Fresh baby spinach 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sherry fig vinaigrette 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1.
Cook prosciutto in a medium skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until crisp.
Add onion to pan; cook 1 minute.
Combine prosciutto mixture, romaine, and spinach in a large bowl.
Drizzle 1 cup Sherry-Fig Vinaigrette over lettuce mixture; toss well to coat.
