Ginger Lime Vinaigrette With Crudites

Ingredients
  Grated ginger 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Scallions 4 , minced (White And Tender Greens)
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds in bowl and whisk together.
Refrigerate overnight.
Add toasted sesame seeds just before serving or serve separately in a saucer in which the moistened vegetables can be dipped.
