Ingredients
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Olive, Vegetable, Or Nut)
  Wine/Cider / balsamic vinegar / citrus juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Or shake well in a small jar with screw cap firmly in place.
