|Oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Olive, Vegetable, Or Nut)|
|Wine/Cider / balsamic vinegar / citrus juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
