|Olive oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Prepared dijon-style mustard||4 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Scallions||2 , minced (Including White And Tender Greens)|
|Fresh thyme leaves/1 teaspoon dried thyme||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
