Ingredients
  Olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Prepared dijon-style mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Scallions 2 , minced (Including White And Tender Greens)
  Fresh thyme leaves/1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Or shake well in a small jar with screw cap firmly in place.
