Ingredients
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tightly packed mixed salad greens 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Combine water and next 5 ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan; bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cook 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve warm or at room temperature over mixed salad greens.
