Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake until thoroughly combined.
Keep refrigerated, up to 1 month.
Shake before serving.
