Leeks Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Leeks 1 Pound
  Mild mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash, trim and steam the leeks until tender.
Then slice them in half lengthways and arrange in a serving dish.
Mix the mustard and garlic with the lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil and season to taste.
Chop the olives and stir them into the dressing.
Pour over the hot leeks and serve immediately.
