14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed, and cut into 1/2 inch slices (1 Can)
1⁄2 Small, sliced and separated into rings
2 Tablespoon, chopped
Combine orange juice, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk.
Set mixture aside.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 individual salad plates.
Arrange hearts of palm and sliced onion evenly on lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle evenly with chopped parsley.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons orange juice mixture over each salad.
