Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 7 Teaspoon (2 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh chives 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Dried dillweed 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Whole Ones)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
Chill thoroughly
