Ingredients
  Torn mixed greens 3 Quart, rinsed and crisped (Bite Size Pieces Red Greens, Choose From Belgian Endive, Butter, Leaf, Mustard, Oak Leaf, Radicchio, Romaine, And Salad Savoy)
  Anjou pears 1 Pound, cored and thinly sliced (2 Medium Sie, Red / Green Ripe Ones)
  Nut vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large bowl, combine greens and pears.
Add dressing, and salt and pepper to taste; mix.
