1 1/2 pounds fresh American Fish halibut fillets
2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil or butter
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon coarsely crushed black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup seeded and diced tomato
1 teaspoon finely chopped s
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place halibut in a baking dish. Lay rosemary beside halibut and light rosemary with a match (it may not remain lit). Cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested.
