Dijon Herb Vinaigrette

  White wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Chopped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Minced shallot 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Minced dill weed 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Minced oregano 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Minced thyme 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
Chill thoroughly.
