Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Grated gingerroot/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In screw top jar combine vinegar, oil, sugar, gingerroot or ground ginger, and celery seed.
Cover tightly; shake well.
Chill.
