|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil/Olive oil or combination of both||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In a jar, combine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil; mix thoroughly.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate, but bring to room temperature and mix again before adding to a salad.
