Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Red/Green)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Dried chervil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; refrigerate until serving time.
Shake well before using.
