Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Chef Keith Snow creates a healthy and easy Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), stems removed
  Shallot 1 , sliced
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pure olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a jar or a blender pitcher.
2. Using an Imersion or conventional blender puree the dressing until smooth.
