Ingredients
  Sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Pure / Light)
  Pure olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or Light)
  Whole garlic clove 1
  Seasoned rice wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh cilantro 4 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced shallot 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lime zest 1 Tablespoon
  Lime 1 , zested (Whole)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or glass jar.
2. Use the blender or immersion blender to emulsify the dressing.
