|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh basil/Oregano, chives / tarragon, / a combination of these herbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in ajar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
