Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil/Oregano, chives / tarragon, / a combination of these herbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in ajar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Chill thoroughly.
