Vinaigrette Dressing

This vinaigrette dressing recipe is an easily made salad dressing. Spiced with mustard and flavored with shallots, the vinagrette dressing can be used to dress vegetable salads of choice.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shallots/Scallions 2 , minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
