Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Raspberry vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic puree 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cracked black pepper 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine vinegar, garlic puree and black pepper.
Whisk oil in slowly to form an emulsion.
Use on any of the ready to eat salad mixes.
