|Raspberry vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic puree||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cracked black pepper||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Combine vinegar, garlic puree and black pepper.
Whisk oil in slowly to form an emulsion.
Use on any of the ready to eat salad mixes.
