Make homemade vinaigrette recipe. Use any salad or vegetables you like and toss them lightly with my citrus vinaigrette recipe.
Fresh orange juice | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , finely minced | |
Oil | 2 Teaspoon (olive oil, walnut or other nut oils, or mild oil like canola) | |
Cider vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon |
MAKES 1/3 CUP:
MAKING:
In a jar, combine orange juice, minced garlic, oil, cider vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and shake well.
Pour over prepared salad.
