No Cook Vichyssoise

Ingredients
  Frozen condensed cream of potato soup 10 1⁄4 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Sup Can)
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put first 3 ingredients in blender container; blend till smooth.
Add light cream; blend to combine.
Chill, covered, 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Snip chives over soup.
