No Work Vichyssoise
|Onion||4 , thickly sliced|
|Water||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Sugar||1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)|
|Frozen potato soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Chicken with rice soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
Combine the onions, water and sugar and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the potato and chicken with rice soups and heat thoroughly.
Pass the soup through a food mill or sieve, then add the cream.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
