Quick Vichyssoise

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packaged instant mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream cheese with onion 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine water, parsley, and bouillon cubes; bring to boiling; stir to dissolve cubes.
Remove from heat; add cream; stir in potatoes.
Cool at room temperature 15 minutes.
Add cheese; blend in blender till smooth.
Chill.
Garnish with chives.
