|Condensed cream of potato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Soup Can)|
|Chopped chives/Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
In saucepan, combine soup and milk.
Heat; stir occasionally.
Beat until smooth with electric blender; or use rotary beater or electric mixer and strain.
Chill 6 hours or more.
Thin to desired consistency.
