Hot Or Cold Vichyssoise has a smoother taste. Hot Or Cold Vichyssoise can be tried by Vegetarians. Hot Or Cold Vichyssoise is very easy to prepare.
  Peanut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled, diced
  Leeks 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Sea salt To Taste
  Mixed herbs To Taste
  Fresh chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped

In a saucepan, heat oil.
Saute onion a few minutes.
Add water and vegetables.
Bring to a boil.
Over low heat, simmer 30 minutes.
In a blender, puree mixture.
Season with sea salt and mixed herbs.
