|Prepared instant mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Four Serving, 1/2 Cup Per Serving)|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare potatoes according to package directions using 2-quart batter bowl.
Add instant bouillon to hot water and blend with cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and pepper.
Blend into instant mashed potatoes with wire whip to make a smooth soup.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot and bubbly, stirring once.
Garnish with chives.
