Broiled Venison Steak

Ingredients
  Venison steak 2 Pound
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1.Marinate the venison in salad oil and lemon juice for 2 hours
2.Brush with oil
3.On a preheated broiler rack, place the venison and broil for 7-10 minutes on each side at 550F degrees
4.Season with salt and paprika
5. On a very hot platter, place the venison
6.Garnish with mushrooms, parsley and watercress
SERVING
7.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
