Yummy Barbecue Venison Roast

A twist on the classic pulled pork, with homemade bbq sauce.
Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whiskey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except meat in sauce pan and cook down on high for 10 minutes. Stir constantly. Place venison in a roasting pan and pour sauce over meat. Cover and bake at 325F for 3 hours. Shred meat and serve on rolls or buns. Enjoy.

made this tonight with an axis roast. excellent. my only suggestion is to bake it at 250 degrees instead of 325. the meat was cooking too fast at 325.
