Ingredients
  Venison roast 5 Pound
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Potatoes 8 Medium
  Carrots 8
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

"Brown venison in small amount of hot fat in Dutch oven; turn to brown all sides.
Sprinkle venison with salt and pepper; add red pepper, vinegar, bouillon and onions.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Pare and halve potatoes and carrots.
Add potatoes and carrots to venison.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes longer."
