Braised Antelope

Ingredients
  Antelope round steaks 3 Pound
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Suet 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Diced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season steaks with salt and pepper; coat with flour on both sides.
Melt suet in heavy kettle; sear steaks well.
Cover steaks with 1/2 cup water.
Simmer until steaks are tender.
Add vegetables; cook until tender, adding additional water if necessary
