|Antelope round steaks||3 Pound|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Suet||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
Season steaks with salt and pepper; coat with flour on both sides.
Melt suet in heavy kettle; sear steaks well.
Cover steaks with 1/2 cup water.
Simmer until steaks are tender.
Add vegetables; cook until tender, adding additional water if necessary
