Broiled Venison Steaks

Ingredients
  Venison steak/Rib/loin chops from young animal 1 (From Leg, 4 1/2 Inch)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Onion juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brush steaks with salad oil; let stand 15 minutes.
Broil 3 inches from heat 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
Combine butter, onion juice, dash of salt; brush on steaks.
