Ingredients
  Lamb chops 1 Pound (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped orange zest 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chopped lemon zest 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Cranberry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
2) Marinate the lamb chops in this mixture for almost an hour.

MAKING
3) Take a frying pan and place it on high heat.
4) Sauté the marinated lamb chops in dry heat until done.

SERVING
5) Serve the chops with red cabbage.
