|Venison chops||2 Pound (trimmed)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place chops, onion, celery and green pepper in 2-quart glass baking dish.
Microwave on medium for 10 minutes.
Drain and turn meat over.
Combine remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure.
Pour sauce over chops.
Recover and continue cooking on medium for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
