Savory Venison Chops
|Venison chops||2 Pound (Trim Off Fat)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry sherry/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place chops, onion, celery and green pepper in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 10 minutes. Drain and turn meat over. Combine remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure. Pour over chops. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
