Braised Roast Venison

Ingredients
  Roast venison 4 Pound (1 Piece)
  Bay leaf 1
  Clove 1
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
  Onion soup 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In an ovenproof cooking pot, place venison.
Add bay leaf, clove, both broths and onion soup.
Cover.
Braise in oven 2 hours or so.
Approximately 30 minutes before the end of cooking, remove lid.
Cook until brown.
