Braised Roast Venison

|Roast venison||4 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
|Onion soup||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In an ovenproof cooking pot, place venison.
Add bay leaf, clove, both broths and onion soup.
Braise in oven 2 hours or so.
Approximately 30 minutes before the end of cooking, remove lid.
Cook until brown.
