Ingredients
  Diced roast lean pork 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked carrots 3 , diced
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), made with bouillon cube
  Cooked onions 6 Small
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet potato biscuits 6
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place pork and vegetables in oblong baking dish.
In a medium saucepan melt the margarine over low heat.
Stir in the flour.
Blend well.
Stir in combined milk and chicken stock.
Stir constantly as it cooks over low heat for about 2 minutes.
A wire whisk is a helpful utensil for this.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add nutmeg.
Pour sauce over pork and vegetables.
Top with Sweet Potato Biscuit.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
