  Egg whites 2 , stiffly beaten
  Butternut squash/Banana squash 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), cooked and mashed
  Cranberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Nutmeg 1 Dash

1. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mashed squash.
2. Gently fold in cranberries. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart nonstick casserole. Garnish with nutmeg. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.

maybe I didn't do something right or messed up the proportions when I tried to double this (just because our banana squash are humongous)- but my family thought this was weird to not good & this time I kind of agree....
