Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables has a Great taste.The Soy sauce and Chilli Sauce gives the Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables Superior taste.
Ingredients
  Peanut oil 4 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 4 Cup (64 tbs), crushed
  Julienned ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 150 Gram, sliced
  Bean sprouts 50 Gram
  Peeled and thinly carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Deseeded and thinly sliced capsicum 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cashewnuts 50 Gram, broken
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoning To Taste
  Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil and stir-fry all the vegetables up to capsicum quickly on a fast flame for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and further fry on a slow flame for about 2 minutes.
