Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables has a Great taste.The Soy sauce and Chilli Sauce gives the Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables Superior taste.
|Peanut oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Cup (64 tbs), crushed|
|Julienned ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Cabbage||150 Gram, sliced|
|Bean sprouts||50 Gram|
|Peeled and thinly carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Deseeded and thinly sliced capsicum||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cashewnuts||50 Gram, broken|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oil and stir-fry all the vegetables up to capsicum quickly on a fast flame for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients and further fry on a slow flame for about 2 minutes.
