Not So Crunchy
|Banana stem||6 Inch|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Chop the banana stem using the same method as the earlier recipe.
Then in a thick bottomed pan put in the buttermilk and the banana stem and cook covered for about 5 minutes.
Then stir in the rock salt and cumin powder and close the pan.
Take off the flame.
After 5 minutes garnish with chopped coriander and serve
