Here is a great, fat and delicious not so crunchy vegetable fry to make. Yes made using banana stem and flavored with coriander, this vegetable fry is as healthy as a delicious choice it is. So give this awesome vegetable fry a try and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Banana stem 6 Inch
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Rock salt To Taste
Directions

Chop the banana stem using the same method as the earlier recipe.
Then in a thick bottomed pan put in the buttermilk and the banana stem and cook covered for about 5 minutes.
Then stir in the rock salt and cumin powder and close the pan.
Take off the flame.
After 5 minutes garnish with chopped coriander and serve
