Radish With A Western Accent
|Radish||1 , washed and scraped|
|Radish leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and chopped fine (Tender Leaves)|
|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Ringed spring onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lime||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Green chilies||1 , chopped|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Whisk the yogurt till it turns uniformly smooth.
Add the onions, chillie, parsley, rock salt and mix well.
Then add the lime juice and mix again.
Finally add the radish and mix till it is well coated with the yoghurt.
Chill For 30 minutes.
Serve alongside Western style cuisine or even Indian style.
