Try out this Radish With A Western Accent; radish the fairly simple vegetable given an overall western makeover! Yeah, this radish in a yogurt, lime and herb base is sich a tasty dish to serve that anyone tasting it is sure to love it. Needless to say, this Radish With A Western Accent is a very healthy pick too, so just give it a try!
  Radish 1 , washed and scraped
  Radish leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and chopped fine (Tender Leaves)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Ringed spring onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Green chilies 1 , chopped
  Rock salt To Taste

Whisk the yogurt till it turns uniformly smooth.
Add the onions, chillie, parsley, rock salt and mix well.
Then add the lime juice and mix again.
Finally add the radish and mix till it is well coated with the yoghurt.
Chill For 30 minutes.
Serve alongside Western style cuisine or even Indian style.
