|Snow pea pods||8 Ounce|
|Broccoli||1 Pound (1 bunch, stems and tops)|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||3 Tablespoon|
Slice broccoli, water chestnuts, green onions, ginger and mushrooms early in day; cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Heat peanut oil in frying pan or wok.
Saute ginger for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and water chestnuts.
Stir in soya sauce and sherry.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pea pods, mushrooms and green onions, stirring until heated through.
Serve with fried rice.
