  Kohlrabi 6
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Egg yolk 1
  Thin white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by paring kohlrabi and cutting them into cubes or slices
MAKING
2.In a bowl, let stand in mixture of cold water and 2 tablespoons vinegar for 1 hour
3.Later rinse
4.The cook uncovered in boiling salted water 20 to 3 5 minutes
