Steamed Vegetables With Kranzsky
|Kranzsky/Other cooked continental sausage||1|
|Finely shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Small, finely shredded|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Crusty roll/Pocket bread||4 (For Serving)|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
Heat butter in small saucepan, add vegetables and toss to coat with butter.
Add sliced kranzsky, cover tightly, reduce heat and steam for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a crusty whole meal roll or spooned into small pocket breads (pita) which have been spread outside with butter and toasted under the griller until puffed up.
