Ingredients
  Kranzsky/Other cooked continental sausage 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Small, finely shredded
  Onion slice 3
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Crusty roll/Pocket bread 4 (For Serving)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

Slice kranzsky.
Heat butter in small saucepan, add vegetables and toss to coat with butter.
Add sliced kranzsky, cover tightly, reduce heat and steam for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a crusty whole meal roll or spooned into small pocket breads (pita) which have been spread outside with butter and toasted under the griller until puffed up.
Serves 2.
