Carrot, Celery, And Olive Salad
|Lemon gelatin/Lime gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell O)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced olives||2 Tablespoon|
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until thickened.
Stir in carrots, celery, and olives.
Spoon into a 4 cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm about 4 hours.
Garnish with crisp salad greens.
If desired, serve with mayonnaise
