Hummus ( Middle Eastern Chick Pea Puree )

Hummus (Middle Eastern Chick Pea Puree) is one of the dishes I am known for. The flavors of sesame oil, lemon juice and chick peas combine to make this Hummus (Middle Eastern Chick Pea Puree) taste yum. Check out the recipe of the rich tasting Hummus.
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chickpeas 1 Can (10 oz), cold
  Chopped parsely 1 Tablespoon

Combine oil, juice, garlic and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
Through opening in cover add a few chick peas at a time and continued blending until mixture is smooth.
If too thick, thin with a little water.
Chill well and serve sprinkled with parsley.serve as desired.
