Creamy Twice Baked Potatoes
|Milk/Light cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||3 , cooked and crumbled|
Microwave potatoes as directed in chart.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Carefully scoop cooked potato out of shells.
Stir in milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Spoon potato mixture into shells.
Place potato halves in a 12 x8x2 inch glass baking dish.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon over top and let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
