Sweet Potato Bake
|Mashed sweet potatoes/Yams||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits in juice||9 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Pecan halves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cut pineapple tidbits in half.
Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pineapple and juice.
Place half of mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with half of the marshmallows.
Add remaining half of potato mixture.
Arrange pecans on top.
Cover and bake in a 350Â° oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove cover about 10 minutes before serving.
Add remaining marshmallows.
