Sweet Potato Bake

The sweet potato bake is a flavorful and delicious bake made with sweet potatoes and pineapples along with miniature marshmallows. Prepared with sweet potatoes and pineapples along with a marsmallow layer and pecan nuts on top, the sweet potato bake may be served as a main course meal or a side.
Ingredients
  Mashed sweet potatoes/Yams 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple tidbits in juice 9 Ounce (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 160
  Pecan halves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Cut pineapple tidbits in half.
Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pineapple and juice.
Place half of mixture in a buttered casserole dish.
Top with half of the marshmallows.
Add remaining half of potato mixture.
Arrange pecans on top.
Cover and bake in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
Remove cover about 10 minutes before serving.
Add remaining marshmallows.
